When do I get my bags and first pickup?
We review your address, then confirm the route and first pickup date before payment. Your bag is delivered before that collection. Each monthly pickup includes one standard bagful, including your first. We confirm your address fits our Utah County test route before you pay.
Do I need to be home or fill the bag?
Neither. A partly filled bag is welcome. Leave it accessible outside your garage or on your porch at the agreed time. We don’t enter your home or garage. We collect the bag and leave a clean empty replacement.
How does Outsy help protect my privacy?
You don’t need a public giveaway listing, a post on your personal profile, or a message thread with every interested person. You arrange collection with Outsy instead of coordinating individual stranger pickups. We still need your contact details and pickup address to provide the service; this isn’t anonymous collection.
Where do my donations go?
The goal is a useful next chapter: donated, reused or rehomed so still-good things can help someone else. Receiving arrangements are being finalized; we’ll share destinations before paid service begins. We can’t guarantee a particular destination or that every item will be reused.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It’s month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. The cancellation method and full terms will be published before paid enrollment opens.
